Mostly used SIM card in the latest trends of Smart devices is the Nano SIM card, in which it needs the Nano SIM card Connector to access the user’s information for processing. Though this 4FF size Smart card is very small and already at the very edge of the Chip’s circuit area it is still effective performing its function for telecommunication such as in 4G LTE and the latest 5G technologies.

    Not only that we support OEM/ ODM to our NNST, NNSV and NNST series, we also deliberate various tailor-made solutions such as adjusting Solder tails to be hidden underneath the card connector and even rearranging it according to customer layout preference to maximize PCB space.
     
  • Small-Form-Factor Solutions

    The NNST series have width less than 10.0mm applicable in tight PCB spaces, while we also cater adjusting the card clearance height due to varying SIM card thicknesses which can range from 1.45 to thinner versions of 1.25mm.
  • Card Protection Detection Switch

    Card presence detection Switches are available to NNST, NNSP and NNSV SIM card connector series that will only activate the Chip contacts when properly triggered, enhancing electrical protection to the chip.
  • User-friendly Ergonomic design

    Ergonomic Card connector designs are implemented into the NNST, NNSP and NNSV series for end users. Features such as integrating guided insertion paths that will let the SIM card slide into the card connector smoothly, while the connectors are built with mounting posts that can precisely position it during PCB assembly.
     
  • Card Ejection Solutions

    The NNST series is equipped with Push-Pull ejection style for simple handling of the Nano SIM card, while the NNSP provides user convenience with the automated Push-Push type and the NNSV is by utilizing the Hinged-Cover that provides robustness with its locking mechanism that can be crucial in demanding applications where it can be exposed to extreme conditions like when roaming.
