M Series: the reliable connector to Industry 4.0 and IIOT


Commonly called as Sensor connectors, these are designed with Metric threads for mating or even for mounting purposes. These circular connectors are robust and withstand harsh Industrial settings, sending sIgnal, data or power between machines as part of the Operational Technology (OT), With the Industry 4.0 revolution, Information technology (IT) is now introduce to work along with Industrial Fieldbus systems and protocols such as Industrial Ethernet, ProfiNet or Profibus promoting increase speed, long range and IO link connectivity.

Ranging from M5, M8, M12, M16 and M22/23, all of these Metric Circular connectors are available to support motors, valves, sensors, camera systems and automation. Various configurations from Standardized Codes, mating interfaces, Pin counts, Termination types and other OEM/ODM solutions are designed to fit into specific machines or equipment in accordance to the IEC standards.   • Waterproof Rated Ingress Protection

    IPX5~IP68 Waterproof rating guarantees protection against spray, jets or immersion into water when properly assembled and sealed. This ensures the Electrical components are protected from water that can come inside the enclosure and damage the electrical system.
  • Broad M12 Coded Series

    M12 codes comprises of A, B, D, L, S, T and X-code, A code supports 4~17 pins for various Signal and Sensor interfaces, B & D codes for Fieldbus and 100mbps Industrial Ethernet respectively, while X-code supports high speed transmission up to 10Gbps.While L, S & T codes are intended to deliver AC/ DC power from 63~630V and up to 16A used on motors.
  • IEC Standardized Metric Threads

    The Metric Circular connectors are ideal solution to many Industrial applications, such as the standardized M5 with 5mm thread size. M8 with 8mm, M12 having 12mm, M16 as 16mm and M23 with 23mm that are in accordance to the IEC specifications.
  • Designed for industrialized Applications

    Vibration from industrial machines, Electrical Noise from Motors and Power lines, High temperature, Water presence and/or moisture exposure are common environmental conditions in an Industrial setting. The M series connectors are designed to withstand Harsh environment while supporting various Network Protocols.
  • Various Configurations Available

    Receptacles with Rear or Front mounting options, fixed with Nut or Screw, with Wire harness or DIP PCB termination options. Female and Male connectors can be a plug or panel side, with specific number of pins available, utilized also as hybrid connector providing both Power and Data in one connector. Other configurations can be supported accordingly as per desired applications.
  • OEM/ ODM Customized Solutions

    OEM/ ODM is needed to support the ID4.0 and IIOT transformation. From previous sensor applications only, it is now data-driven with the aid of computing devices and M series that will support the Industrial Ethernet and Internet of things (IOT). Enabling it to perform in critical applications such as in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and remote real-time processing scenarios.
